Following a successful pilot in Fall 2025, the Mason Consulting Group (MCG) is proud to announce its Spring 2026 Pro Bono Client Portfolio, in continued partnership with Fairfax City Economic Development.
This semester, our student consultants are applying rigorous research and strategic frameworks to support three pillars of the Fairfax business community: innovation, accessibility, and wellness.
Ahmed Saeed & Siho Lee
The Nova Labs project focuses on building a sustainable financial and marketing infrastructure for Virginia's premier nonprofit makerspace. Our consultants are developing a comprehensive business plan to monetize new programming, such as ceramics, and creating a space-capacity model to optimize revenue from physical assets. These solutions are designed to establish formal fundraising strategies that support long-term operational growth and community engagement.
Jessica Nguyen-Tran & Santiago Velásquez
The DPI Adaptive Fitness project aims to transition a specialized, word of mouth health provider into a scalable digital brand. Our consultants are developing a modern website redesign and mobile app concept to enhance the user experience while conducting a detailed financial analysis of class expenses. By crafting a targeted community outreach strategy for Fairfax and GMU, the team is providing the tools necessary to expand DPI’s reach and operational efficiency.
Gabriella Lemus & Alex Stokes
The Omni Wellness project centers on bridging the gap between elite performance recovery and the George Mason University student-athlete market. Our consultants are conducting financial research to recommend a specialized student membership pricing tier and a campus-focused lead generation strategy. These recommendations, paired with new community partnership frameworks, are designed to establish Omni as the primary wellness destination for the local athletic community.
